Insurance & Reimbursement
ANCKRD operates as an out-of-network provider and does not submit claims directly to insurance companies. For clients who wish to pursue potential reimbursement, we can provide detailed documentation and superbills upon request. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance carrier directly regarding coverage eligibility, preauthorization requirements, and reimbursement policies.
