Insurance Information
ANCKRD operates as an out-of-network provider and does not submit claims directly to insurance companies. Upon request, we can provide documentation that may assist you in seeking reimbursement through your insurance plan.
Because insurance coverage for psychological and educational assessments varies significantly among providers, we encourage clients to contact their insurance company before scheduling services to determine eligibility, preauthorization requirements, and reimbursement options. If your insurer requires specific forms or supporting documentation, please notify us in advance so we can help provide the necessary information.
Prior to the evaluation process, you will receive a Welcome Packet and a Good Faith Estimate outlining anticipated costs and services. These materials may include information commonly requested by insurance companies, such as provider credentials, diagnostic information, procedure codes, and practice identification details.
Please note that ANCKRD cannot guarantee insurance reimbursement, coverage determinations, or benefit eligibility. All questions regarding coverage should be directed to your insurance carrier.
Evaluation Fees
Every evaluation is customized to address the individual's unique needs, concerns, and goals. As a result, the total cost may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the assessment.
Current Fees
- Hourly Rate$150
- Estimated Evaluation Range$1,500–$2,400
- Typical Evaluation Investment$1,800–$1,950
A personalized Good Faith Estimate will be provided before services begin so that you understand the anticipated cost of your evaluation.
Updated evaluations and reevaluations may be available for returning clients who require additional testing, updated documentation, or accommodation renewals.

Payment Schedule
To reserve an evaluation appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required and will be applied toward the total evaluation cost.
The remaining balance is typically divided into installments:
- 1Deposit due at scheduling.
- 2Partial payment due before testing begins.
- 3Final payment due prior to the feedback and results conference.
Specific payment timelines will be outlined in your service agreement and Good Faith Estimate.
